Adult Ministries

SUNDAY CLASSES are available for folks of every age and interest. People come from diverse backgrounds and meet together for study, discussion, support, and fellowship. We suggest you visit several classes until you find the one where you feel most at home. Class topics are continually changing so check on the grounds in the Gazebo Welcome Center where classes, leaders and locations posted will be available or call or e-mail the church office for more details. CLASSES meet year round at 9:30am

WEDNESDAY CLASSES follow the school schedule (August to May) 6:30PM – 8:00PM. Some of the topics offered during the year include: Disciple Bible Studies, Marriage and Parenting classes, Griefcare, Divorce Recovery, Prayer models, 12 Steps Spirituality, Experiencing God, Covenant Discipleship, Something for Singles, and Selected Studies. A full children and youth program is available during the same meeting hours.

THEOLOGICAL FORUMS meet monthly. Asbury Seminary Professors conduct a dialogue with opportunities for reflection and questions on our faith.

For Men

Prayer breakfast Tuesdays at 6:30 AM at the Town House Restaurant in downtown Oviedo.

United Methodist Men meet the 3^rd Sunday Monthly at 7:00 AM during the school year for a great breakfast and program.

For Women

Tuesday Morning Women’s Bible Study 10:00 AM. Childcare is available by calling the church office at (407) 365-3255.
United Methodist Women offer 10 circle meetings monthly as well as a quarterly General Meeting with dinner and program. Click their link for more details.

Parents

We have small group Sunday school opportunities for parents at both the 9:30 am and 11:00 Sunday school hours. Come join us to share experiences, learn about parenting, fellowship with other parents, and serve the church and community. Childcare is available.
